Alex Brennan

Mr. Brennan leads the EcoMetrix audit and implementation consulting teams, working closely with our staff to ensure all options presented are economically viable. His real estate responsibilities have included pre-development and project management activities for residential, office and mixed-use projects, and he has served as Property Manager for a Class A office property with over 500,000 SF of space. Prior to returning to business school, Alex worked in corporate banking and capital markets in a variety of capacities with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and BB&T.

Mr. Brennan is a member of the US Green Building Council, where he has served as the Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Atlanta Emerging Green Builders. He also serves on the Young Alumni Advisory Board for the Goizueta Business School Real Estate Program, and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Brennan is a LEED® Accredited Professional and holds a Georgia Real Estate License. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. Mr. Brennan lives in Roswell, GA with his wife and daughter.
