Dwight Bell has a stellar track record with 35 years of real estate experience to the Atlanta and other major US markets. Exemplified by his diverse and successful real estate accomplishments, Mr. Bell has garnered significant experience in managing the "value enhancement" process on both existing properties, as well as new development opportunities, amassing a strong record of identifying and successfully executing real estate projects with a variety of US-based and international investment partners.

In 2001, Mr. Bell founded Cannon Equities as a diversified investment/development company specializing in both commercial and residential institutional grade real estate. Target projects are located in select markets and range in size from $5 to in excess of $100 million. All Cannon’s projects and services are delivered through sustainable practices, accomplished via EcoMetrix Environmental Management, LLC, a related entity founded by Mr. Bell that provides sustainable consulting not only to Cannon but also to a variety of third-party clients including the Atlanta Braves Baseball Club, Wofford College, and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Mr. Bell's experience also includes his tenure as a senior executive for the Southeast Region of Hines Interests, one of the largest real estate companies in the world. While at Hines, Mr. Bell was integrally involved in a multiplicity of successful projects, ranging from mixed-use land developments to large scale vertical development with US and European based investors.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Bell served for 15 years on the Board of Directors of the US Olympic Committee during which, as the Chef de Mission (Team Leader), he led the successful 2002 US Olympic Team (211 athletes) to a record setting 34 medals at the Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. Mr. Bell also has served as a member of the International Olympic Committee's Evaluation Commission for the 2014, 2018, and the most recently-awarded 2022 Olympic Winter Games. Currently, Mr. Bell is President of the US Luge Association, one of eight Olympic governing bodies for U.S. winter sports.

A member of the US Green Building Council, President of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Mr. Bell received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
