Cannon Equities
Cannon Equities (a related real estate company) is in a joint venture to develop five strategic sites in the prestigious Buckhead submarket of Atlanta. The various parcels will be developed with high-end mixed-use product featuring state-of-the-art design. Ultimately, the project will contain over 1 million square feet of space.
EcoMetrix is providing sustainability consulting services to the project. It is anticipated that all of the buildings will be LEED® Certified and incorporate all of the latest sustainable features and benefits.
